Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our online store, and add any items that you wish to buy into your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the Check-Out icon, and you will be asked for a few details in order to confirm your order.

We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards. You can also pay by PayPal or Bank Transfer. Pre-Ordered items are not charged until they are ready for despatch.

When confirmation of your order is received, it does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order and hence a contract between us when we send you an invoice.

Please Note: In the case of a change of price of the product in the sale, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.


We have conveniently organized our goods in categories and found them in the top menu of all of the website pages. We also have a Clearance section and a sale page to see our best deals now available.

All of our products have a description, and where relevant, they will show box quantities, product color, and size. If a product has an age restriction or a minimum recommended age, this will also be displayed.

You can also request from us a full list of products in an XML/CSV or PDF format.


We will not add Tax to your order if you have supplied a Tax Certificate form supplied here. However, if you have not supplied this form, we will add the appropriate Tax to your order.


When an order is placed on our website, Credit Card Numbers are encrypted using the 128 encryption. The information is sent directly to our Card Payment Processing company and we do not have access to your card info at any time.


Trimex Wholsale LLC does not disclose buyers’ information to any third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment (the courier is given the customer details for shipping and delivery only). We have a set schedule for dispatching all orders to your address. Most deliveries are within 3 working days; however, some USA states can take longer. The Shipping and Handling of all items are delivered by reputed courier companies within the USA.

We use a number of different courier companies, including but not limited to FedEx, UPS, and USPS. You may have the option to choose your preferred courier at checkout if that option is available at your location.

All goods that are shown as in stock on our website are located at our warehouse in Dallas, Texas, United States.

Please inform us before sending any returns. In the case of Faulty or Damaged goods, we should be advised in writing within 7 working days from the date of receiving the goods. Failing this, faulty or damaged goods will not be replaced or accepted. Any returned goods should be in their original packaging. Damaged packaging will not be replaced or accepted.

Refunds for goods will be processed using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction. Refunds can take up to 14 days from the point that we receive the goods back from you.


You can cancel your order at any time up to the time that the goods are dispatched. You must notify us of your cancelation in an email and the email must reach us before dispatch. When we have canceled your order you will receive a confirmation email and will begin to process your refund no later than 14 days after the date upon which you informed us about your decision to cancel your order. Trade Accounts – Accounts of this nature are created for customers who simply want to browse through our range of products and prices. Customers can request these accounts via our website or by contacting us via phone or email.

Credit Accounts – If you are interested in quantity figures, then you may apply for our Trimex Wholsale LLC Credit Account, which entitles you to a credit limit; this can be done by contacting us by email or phone.


Cookies are used on our website to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart and to store your details to make your shopping experience a lot easier.
