In the case of Faulty or Damaged goods, we should be advised in writing via email within 7 working days from the date you receive the goods.
Failing to notify us of faulty or damaged goods will not be replaced or accepted.
Any returned goods should be in their original packaging.
Damaged packaging will not be replaced or accepted.
Refunds for goods will be processed using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction.
Refunds can take up to 14 working days from the point that we receive the goods back from you.
